About Me
Hi, I'm Amanda! For as long as I can remember, I have been an organized and detail-oriented person. I remember my passion for all things administration beginning at a young age as I learned more about my leadership and organization skills. I have worked for small, non-profit organizations, as well as Fortune 500 companies, and I am comfortable in all professional settings.
I love to laugh and have fun, but I also truly enjoy checking things off of my task list and getting to work. I am an honest and dedicated individual with a passion for excellence. I am confident that you will not only be satisfied with my work ethic but also with the overall feel and joy I will bring to your business!
My husband, Jason, and I have two young boys, Nathan and Justin. I have my bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Cincinnati Christian University, and I am a Mental Health Coach, certified through the American Association of Christian Counseling and Light University. I enjoy sipping coffee, outings with my family, and gardening. I am looking forward to working with you!
My Experience
I began my professional administrative experience at the young age of 16. I was promoted to Team Lead at my first job and I handled scheduling, training, and management tasks. The skills I learned helped to catapult me into a career in executive management. I quickly became the youngest Store Manager of a multi-million-dollar retail store in the company's history, then moved on to become a District Manager. This was all by the age of 21. I have been in the non-profit sector for over a decade where I have learned valuable skills and tools to help me navigate both the business and the outward-focused sides of organizations.
I have worked with various companies and organizations, from small startups to well-established companies and everything in between. I am a dedicated self-starter with a passion to help others achieve their goals.
